IT-AV Hire.Com is one of the rental arms of the well recognized I.T. Rentals Limited.

Established in 2000, the three directors offered a combined back ground of 25 years in the IT market place, including a successful relationship with Hewlett Packard as a Channel Partner.  They identified the need for a company dedicated to offering both an IT & AV hire facility which didn’t operate from within the shadows of a sales operation.  In their opinion there was a clear divide between both facilities and the support and service required by each should not be compromised.

 
Locations:

In 2000 the Company was formed in the small sleepy town of Shifnal in Shropshire and to the admission of the Directors this was not a decision driven by the demands of the market place, but it was an identified regeneration zone giving new employment to a faltering environment.  This sole location was short lived, due to the success of the facility we offered, we soon opened two further offices facilitating the demand within both London and Manchester and to our amazement the Shifnal location naturally became ideally placed to cater for Birmingham and Telford.

 

Order Process

From the moment you place an enquiry, whether by phone or by internet, you will:

·          Allocated a sales person who will be dedicated to your account

·          Receive a quotation within an hour providing ALL required information and ALL costs to allow you to proceed with the knowledge you are entering into a contract with no hidden extras

·          Guided through our easy order process – No other companies offers the same process – sign the quotation and it converts immediately into an order!

·          Automatic credit check, allowing a 30 day account to be processed.

 
From the moment you place an order you will

·          Receive a call from your account manager acknowledging receipt

·          Receive an order acknowledgement via email confirming all details of your order

·          Receive contact details of both a sales co-order, dedicated to your account manager and the technician who will be preparing your order

·          Receive an email the day before dispatch confirming the equipment has left confirming the courier details.  Enabling the order to be tracked.

·          A call on the day of delivery  from our transport coordinator who ensures all items have arrived successfully

·          And finally a call at the end of your order to co-ordinate a successful collection

 
Technical Support

Pre Order:

Our account managers are supported by a team of technicians, all dedicated to different product lines/services.  Whatever your requirement we have the expertise to identify the right equipment for your event, right down to advising from a health and safety point of view.

During your order:

Your nominated technician, confirmed immediately you place your order, is available during the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and statutory holiday).  When using the contact numbers provided the phone will automatically route directly to the support team, where they will have immediate ‘on screen’ access to your contract details. You will be given a support call number which will also be copied to your account manager, enabling interaction by all parties until you are 100% back up and running.

We also offer an ‘out of hours’ and on-site support.  These options can be tailored to meet your exact needs.
